If any trader that suffered losses and would like to report dispute for us to make adjustment, the following steps must be follow:
1) close all the affected positions immediately (no later than server time 13:30 or else your case wont be taken care of)
2) email your claims to [email protected] (no later than server time 14:00 or else your case wont be taken care of)
3) wait for us to investigate your claims and revert back to you asap
